Frequently Asked Questions
While we operate within the constructs of capitalism, we push back against exploitative systems by operating with more fluidity rather than urgency. As a one-person team, I humbly ask for the same grace and patience you would want for yourself.

process
-
Please allow a 5-6 week timeframe for the entire process, from pre-order to shipping.
When a new collection launches, pre-orders will be available for 2-3 weeks.
Once pre-orders close, orders are sent to our production partners.
Production takes an additional 1-2 weeks, depending on any delays.
After receiving the items from production, orders are inspected, packed and shipped.

After experimenting with pre-order platforms, I found this method most aligned with my sustainability efforts. Pre-orders ensure that only ordered items are produced.
Occasionally, we will have items in stock from our in-person or pop-up experiences. Otherwise, most of our collections are launched exclusively as pre-orders.
-
Yes. We will have multiple pre-order windows for each collection. Subscribe to our Substack newsletter to receive updates on when pre-orders become available.
-
The initial plan is to launch 1-2 collections a year. With each collection consisting of 2-3 drops instead of releasing all the designs at once.
We do this so we can move at a pace that is manageable and sustainable.
-
On occasion, we may have items in stock. Some will be one-offs (pre-loved goods I remix and heat press designs on) or leftover items from our in-person or pop-up experiences. Otherwise, our items are exclusively pre-orders to avoid having excessive inventory.
-
Part of my ethos is to prioritize repurposing and reusing instead of always printing on new blanks for each collection. So from time to time I’ll rework and redesign pre-loved goods into unique one-off pieces.

returns
-
At this time all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
-
For pre-orders: Please request to cancel your order before the pre-order window closes. If you cancel after that time, contact us, and we’ll try our best to work out a solution.
For one-off items: Please request to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final.
-
We do not accept returns as we primarily operate through pre-orders, producing only what is ordered. We encourage you to please shop intentionally not impulsively.
If you are unsatisfied or no longer desire an item, we encourage you to donate it or rework it to your liking.
I’m currently curating a resource page that will house ideas on how to remix items instead of discarding them. Subscribe to our Substack newsletter to receive updates when the page goes live.

Currently, each purchase supports my gender journey and life transition as a full-time artist.
Redistributing resources is a value of mine and my plan is to share a percentage of profits to organizations/communities I have built a relationship with.
As I am just starting out, once I find my groove and understand what it takes to sustain myself (operationally and holistically) I will be able to create a redistribution plan with more clarity.
